Questions people ask
What do I get in the free trial?
The full Growth experience for 14 days: AI answers, auto-written engagement, video takeover, the unanswered-questions inbox and up to 5 team members. The only caps are 3 webinars and 100 attendees per session. We take your card up front but charge nothing until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your paid plan starts automatically on the plan you picked at checkout. If you do nothing, you simply carry on — your webinars, registrations and everything the AI has learned stay exactly as they are.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Account settings → Billing. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, and we prorate the difference.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Account settings → Billing in a couple of clicks. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and we won't charge you again.
What happens if a payment fails?
We let you know in the studio and give you a grace period to update your card. Nothing is switched off mid-session — your webinars keep running while you sort it out.
What does the AI actually do?
It learns from your video, your documents and the answers you give. During a session it answers attendee questions in the chat when it's confident, and passes the rest to you with a phone notification so you can jump in live. After a session, you can answer anything it missed and it learns from that too.
Is the AI really unlimited?
Growth includes 500 AI answers and 20 video reads a month; Scale includes 5,000 and 100. That's generous for normal use — we'll always warn you as you approach the limit and never cut you off mid-session.
Do attendees ever see WebinarFlow branding?
No. Booking pages, waiting rooms and replay pages are yours. On Scale you can even run them from your own web address, so attendees never see our name at all.
Can my team help me run sessions?
Yes. Every plan includes team seats (3 on Starter, 5 on Growth, 25 on Scale) with roles from full admin down to read-only. Teammates can get the same phone notifications as you when questions come in.
Do you handle sales tax and VAT?
Yes. Tax is calculated, collected and filed for you at checkout, wherever your customers are — you don't have to think about it.
The small print, in plain English
- The free trial gives you the full Growth experience for 14 days, capped at 3 webinars and 100 attendees per session. We take your card up front but charge nothing until the trial ends — cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Growth and Scale include a fair-use AI allowance (500 / 5,000 AI answers and 20 / 100 video reads a month). We'll always tell you when you're close — never cut you off mid-session without warning.
- Yearly plans are billed once a year and work out about 20% cheaper. You can switch between monthly and yearly, or between plans, at any time from Account settings.
- Sales tax and VAT are calculated, collected and filed for you at checkout, wherever your customers are.
